Vyapari is provided by Vinayak Clouds Inc. as a subscription service. A 14-day free trial is included; after that a paid plan is needed to keep using paid features.

You are responsible for the correctness of the tax rates, prices and details you enter, and for filing your own GST returns. Vyapari helps you calculate and record — please verify with your accountant.

Plan fees are as shown on the pricing page. If a plan lapses, your data is kept and stays readable.

Do not use Vyapari for unlawful purposes or try to access other shops' data.
